135W UL Twin normal channel mod to Bass Guit. Channel

Hello, I have a sf 135Watt twin, and I'd like to convert the Normal Channel to be used for bass guitar. Anything else I should do to the circuit, preamp or otherwise, to make it more suitable for bass, but still keeping it useable for guitar? I was thinking about using the 135Watt Bassman tone stack, which channel sounds better for bass one that head? Thanks all!

You can tweak the tone stack, bypass and coupling caps, but the real issue with that amp for bass wont be the amp, it will rather be the guitar speakers in an open-back cabinet.
