Need OT recommendation for rockin' 5E3 project

Here's a brief history discription of my 5E3-based amp:

It was born a 3 input 5C3 wide-panel Deluxe that was in a diceased relative's leaky garage for the past 30 years. The cab was rotten, as was the board, etc. I striped the whole thing and scrubbed off the rust with steel wool and oil until clean. The OT was blown, but amazingly, the PT was fine - it just needed some cleaning and new paint.

Anyway, I rebuilt it as a stock 5E3 about 10 years ago and have been using it as a blues amp for clubs. I'm changing directions musically toward a more southern rock/Billy Gibbons type thing and have done some stuff with the amp including:

(1) Had a new 2 X 12 small box tweed Twin cab built for it.

(2) Installed a 5V4 copper cap recto

(3) Am currently using a Reverend All-Tone 12 and a Weber Sig. 12B, but have an Alnico Blue Dog (30 watt) on order to use with the Reverend.

(4) Have made it switchable from cathode to adjustable fixed bias.

(5) Changed the first two couling caps from .1 to .047.

This amp now has a very "Marshallesqe" tone - VERY punchy and VERY loud (2 X JJ 6V6s). I haven't checked the plates for a while, but I seem to remember around 400 volts???

My question: Though I now use a stock Heyboer Tweed Deluxe OT with a 8K primary which gives really smooth mids and highs, I would like to switch to something a little beefier for bigger low-end, but still retain the smooth highs and mids, if possible. Any suggestions for a beefier OT??? I've read that a Mercury Mag Tweed Pro/Super OT for 2 x 6V6's might be the way to go???

Sometimes I'll use a bigger, 4K w/4 ohm, 1K:1... Pro Reverb output tranny in a 6V6 amp which is using an 8 ohm speaker.
That way you still get the 7-8K primary but with a +30 watt OT.
Se if you can find a silverface Pro Reverb clone OT with 2, 4 and 8 ohm tap secondary and you should be able to cover a lot of bases.
My old 6V6 Crusader 20 amp used this method... with a GZ34 and a pair of fixed bias JJ6V6s it had zero trouble making well over 22 clean watts and sounded like a small, hot rodded, Pro Reverb too... ha ha.

So, if I use, say, a tweed Bassman transformer with a 4k primary and hook the 2 ohm secondary tap up to a 4 ohm load, it will "reflect" back 8k on the primary?

As you can tell, I'm just starting to learn about output transformers.
