Gents,
I recently recapped and retubed my 4010 Marshall JCM-800 combo. The inside of the chassis is signed by JR Haze as well as the modified portion of the circuit board. A zenor diode has been added and I am not sure what else.
The amplifier sounds really incredible, lots of sustain and crunch with a really warm sounding clean channel.
Anyone familiar with JR Haze or this mod? I can post pics on my day off if it helps.
BTW, I have already eaten my sandwich while doing my google search. Unfortunately, Marshall now makes a Haze amplifier, so every hit comes back as a reference to the new Marshall.
