At least 400v. If you order from weber they come in 630v. For caps to experiment with, you can find a lot of cheap green polyester caps at radio shack. I think they are rated at least 400v. The treble caps are small (picofarads not micro farads) and any ceramic disc will do there.

There is an electronics store just up the road from me. I'll stop in and get an assortment of caps. Hopefully I can get started on it Sunday. Thanks a lot for the advice. I'll post again when I get something done.

WOW! it sounds sooooo much better! I removed C22 and changed the coupling caps, C20 from a .0027uf to a .01uf and C17 from a .0068uf to a .015uf. It doesn't sound "the same as ch1 only louder" but at least both channels now sound like they are coming out of the same amp, and the overdrive from ch2 has a good thick sounding bass, and the sparkle I was looking for. Now I'm really liking this amp!
