Super Champ XD / effects loop?

I would like to know if it is possible to add an effects loop to my
Super Champ XD?

Why not? It already has a line out, use that, and add a jack to break into the feed to the power amp buffer tube.

Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.
