Deluxify my princeton...

Hi,
i decided to change my princeton in a one chanel deluxe reverb...
of course i had to forget about the tremolo..
here's the schema i wrote....

but i'm wondering if i can forget the 220K and 50K resistor between the follower stage and the PI...
so i wrote this other schema...

i already wired the first one, do you think i should give a try to the second one or do i miss something???
