Anyone try the Allen TO40MT transformer for Vibrolux, Bandmaster, Tremolux ?

Hi Guys,

Been thinking about beefing up the output transformer on my '68 Bandmaster Reverb head, and read about the Bassman output transformer that some have used for this with good results.

Anyone try the Allen TO40MT... any comparison with the Bassman transformer ? The Bassman may be less "refined" or not the same bandwidth as the Allen... which may be a good thing... dunno... just wondering.
