    How to make the front/rear panel-mount switch (like the loop switch, the channel switch...) inactive when a footswitch is plugged into the amplifier, keeping only an indicative LED turned on?

    I's all in the switching system. There is no one practiced formula for this sort of thing so your sort of on your own as this concept relates to your design. You could look at how other amps do it by looking up schematics. You may even find a dsign that will adapt to your needs with little or no changes.
