Electric mistress regulation mod ?

I have a two battery version , which is dead after replacing the sad 1024
it now passes straight signal but no delay / flange signal .

I heard there was a mod issued by EH , for the regulation , does anybody
know it ? or have advice on where to look next to try and get it back to life ?
