Vox AC30 tone cut in a 1959/1987 type circuit

Hi All,

Just looking for thoughts and opinions on this idea...

I am thinking of removing the NFB from a 6L6-based amp with a Marshall style PI and was considering trying a Vox AC30 style "tone cut" control instead of a presence control. Just wondering if anyone has tried this and what you think of this type of control.

works great if you have no NFB - go for it.
