hey guys i'm thinking of replacing the stock tubes on my amp. i bought it 2nd hand and i want to improve my tone as much as i can.. i've ended up with those

    preamp
    V1:Tung-Sol 12AX7 / ECC83 Reissue V1
    V2:JJ ECC803 Selected GOLD
    V3:JJ 12AX7 / ECC83 Selected GOLD
    V4:JJ 12AX7 / ECC83 Selected GOLD
    ----------------------------------------

    V5:Tung-Sol EL34B-Reissue or EH 6CA7
    V6:Tung-Sol EL34B-Reissue or EH 6CA7
    V7:Tung-Sol EL34B-Reissue or EH 6CA7
    V8:Tung-Sol EL34B-Reissue or EH 6CA7

i'm also thinking of replacing the OT as well for a more jcm800 tone ( i'm not sure if this is right so i'll need your opinion here). and because yesterday i accidentally removed the cable from the speaker, turned on the amp and while trying to figure out why it is silenced i played for a couple of minutes. dint turn the volume above 8o'clock though but now the amp is getting some RF signals and some pops. not all the time though but until the amp is well warmed ..after 10 -15 mins the problem stops so i think i did something bad... i will try it again tomorrow just in case the problem its caused from the lights or wall power supply in my home since i do have problems with RF and wall wart here. none the less i was thinking of replacing the OT i case it improves the sound so any recommendation on what to buy and how to install it will be very helpfull.
    thanks a lot.

The short path to get an JCM800 tone is to get an JCM800 first (or a clone, or a Peavey Butcher, or ..... )
