I got a Bogner Alchemist and was thinking of a moore distinkt tone from it like moore like plexi and Bogner 101 b red channel.
I know mine ARE low-budget compare to thoose monsters but can this adapter make it in the right direction? and use 84 EL instead of 6L6 power utbes?

EL84 give you more distortion sound and more compressing sound.I am not shure if you want sound like this?But TAD Tonebone are better choice.If you need more headroom( more clean) you should use pentode version.
