Line-In to Active EQ of Fender Super Twin?

I would like to remove the connection between pin 1 of V1B and the .022 cap and apply a line level signal to the freed lead of the cap. (I also plan to remove the .0005 cap feeding the reverb circuit.)

Will this probably work good?

Knowing that you will lose the reverb & the Eq circuit?

Try it and see. if it works well it works well, and if it doesn't work well, then just put it back the way it was.
