I'd just add a single DPDT switch which would put a 4.7k resistor across R123 and a 1uF (or higher) poly cap across R116, should bring the gain up a bit. You also might try upping C104 to 2.2nF.

JSX is a good amp to copy, especially for cath bypass caps on V2a.

If you want lower gain, we can never be friends but good luck....
