I change to .022 uf, bri
ghter, changed to .1 uf seemed fuller and with less treble?
Where do you think the lowest acceptance for voltage tolerance on the cap in C1?

Try lifting it all together. The schematics shows ~150 Vdc at that node. I'd go for a cap with 200V tolerance (this should be very safe).

Edit, the capacitors connected to the lugs of the tone-pot is what I refer to as tone-stack capacitors.

Thanks to great advice I have now change C1 to .1 uf, C4 to .015 uf and C3 to .022 uf. Different sound already. The treble is respond much, almost like a top boost on full- Might be a bit less boost in the amp itself?
