sunn 2x15 help

Anyone know what size screws and cup washers to use to attach the back panel with?the cab looks similiar to a sunn 200s cab just has black tolex...Ive seen #6 cup washers and #8 cup washers with 1 and 1/2 screws,Not sure which size to go with
