Torres Bias Charts

I have the Dan Torres tube amp book. Does anyone have any opinions on the bias charts in his book?

My own opinion: (And I haven;t seen Dan's chart, but I have seen any number of them) Charts are fine, and chances are if you use them, your amps will work fine. I just tend to feel bias is something people are overly concerned about, when it is not nearly as critical as some folks seem to think.

To me bias charts are like telling me how many shakes of salt and pepper are proper for my meal. Or how many times I should chew my pork chop. There is always too much and too little, but there is a whole range of perfectly fine.
