No.
Except you want to gut it and build something completely new.

Compare the schematics and look into a red knob twin, then decide for yourself.

I vote for gutting it and starting from scratch. That way at least you have two good trannies (assuming they both work), some tubes, and sockets in a chassis that you could use, (not to mention the cab). Depending on how you feel about it, you could keep the red knobs. ;-)
