  • Bias vary trem with triode outputs

I was just wondering if anyone had tried bias vary trem with triode (or triode connected) output tubes. I was wondering if the lower Gm and less sharp cutoff characteristics of a triode (compared to a pentode) would be a big deal and reduce the trem effect too much.

(I built a little amp broadly similar to a "Firefly" with a 6SN7 output tube in push pull, but with an actual PI, not self split like a Firefly.)
