help me read this!

Ok i know i'm over thinking this WAY too much.

I'm going to connect my mains and I started to think and now I doubt myself because of how it was previously wired.

I want to connect the black (hot) wire to lugs1&2 and neutral (white) to 4&5

When I recieved it it was wired black 1&4 white 2&5

I remember bench testing it quickly just to see I had voltages out.

If you want a 115 volt primary, then the way it was when you received it is correct.

Its a new day and I'm not tired, I wired it this morning the way it came and it worked out fine.

Some days I can't walk away from a project an that's never good in the end, I get tired and sloppy.
