I'm surprised the things ever work with all that switching and relay action. Does Randall still layout the PCBs by hand? Must be fun to troubleshoot.

I don't think this particular PCB can be done "by hand". I can see from pictures that it has the usual 45 degrees angled traces although some software will allow you to make them round. Most of the switching can be deducted from the schematic but there are still couple of things that are not clear to me.
Anyway if someone gets their hands on a Mark V (or even better on the missing switching part) I would appreciate if you shed some light on how those things work.

A page, even more than one page is missing. The switching matrix is clear however it doesn't show everything and the switching circuit itself (for example check my questions 1/-3/ in my previous post). When looking at other Mesa schematics one can get an idea how it's done but a full schematic would be nice. For learning purposes of course.
