Amp based loosely on Supro 1608...need help with power transformer selection

Here's the schematic. I've done all sorts of searching, and am stumped on what to use. Output tranny I'm planning on is 5000k to 4/8 ohms. I'm pretty sure that's on the money...I'd like to run the 6V6 into distortion early since there are only 2 gain stages up front.

270-0-270 @ 70mA (min), but you could use anything up to 325-0-325 (In which case a PT for a tweed deluxe)
5VAC @ 2A
6.3VAC@ 2A

The current draw ratings would be minimums. I'm pretty sure Hammond does a similar sort of thing
