    I'm not sure about those model numbers, I'd have to contact some of my old buddies from Tek, but most if not all of the solid state scopes I've seen with numbers like that were 7603 mainframes with 7A18 vertical plugins and a 7B53A time base. A nice, full featured, 100MHz or so set up. The main difference between the military and civilian versions is that the military version doesn't have the on screen readout.

      Oh, are those the military part numbers or something? That's exactly what I have, a 7603 mainframe with two 7A18 amp plugins and a 7B53A time base. I think mine originally belonged to the UK Ministry Of Defence, judging by the DERA sticker on it.

      I believe it's just the guts of a regular 7603 split in half and jammed into a 19" rack.
