Happy NEW YEARS!!!!!!
I have some of the octal relay sockets with integral barrier strips. The rating is only 300 volts, but they seem to hold up. YMMV.
AES has some neat little boards. Visit www.tubesandmore.com and look up stock numbers:
P-SB9-1
P-SB9-2
P-SB8-1
P-SB8-2
Those are small epoxy boards with a row of turrets along two sides and in the center of each board is one or two tube sockets, either octal or 9-pin depending on model. There is even a printed circuit foil ground plane all around the sockets - don't have to commit half the turrets to grounds.
Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.
