Ceriatone Parts

Can anyone backup for the quality of Ceriatone parts? i wasn't going to buy a amp kit but individual parts from him, does he have the good quality Sprauge or Mallory parts or are they all just no name components

Parts are Mallory, etc. The filters might be questionable (I'm almost sure they're not Sprague) but everything else looks good.
