SB-12 Build. Ok to sub with different cap sizes?

Ok to use a 40uf instead of the 30uf? (4x40uf filter caps).
Ok to use .022uf in place of the two .02uf off V2?
Any other mod suggestions?

You'll be fine with those value changes, they are pretty close to begin with.

If it were me I'd actually use a higher value for those 2 caps before the power amp coming off of the PI. I like how the bass sounds with .047 - .1 uF caps there. But It's all personal preference.

Edit- I'd also increase the value of the resistors on pin 5 of the power tube(2.2k - 5.6k), and I would also add 500R or 1K resistors going to each power tube at pin 4.
