BF Princeton Reverb Tremolo Circuit?

Hi,

Can I unse the tremolo circuit of a BF Princeton Reverb (https://taweber.powweb.com/store/6a14_schem.jpg) in any fixed bias amp like, say, a 5F4 (https://taweber.powweb.com/store/5f4_schem.jpg)? It's just a circuit that's in between the bias supply and the power tubes so it shouldn't have an effect on anything ... right???? Am I missing anything?

The Princeton uses 6v6s and the 5f4 uses 6L6s. It will more or less work, but 6l6s have a higher bias voltage and need more swing from the trem oscillator to drive them into cutoff. I'd suggest copying a Fender 6l6 amp with bias modulated tremolo circuit instead. I can't name one of the top of my head, but they do exist.

Blonde Tremolux (6G#), Brown Vibroverb (6G16), Custom Vibrolux Reverb, Hoffman AB763 board kit all use bias vary trem with 6L6s.
