Perhaps someone else can chime in but I think you're going to have to use lower value resistors on the phase splitter to drive your lower value grid leaks- don't be afraid to get that thing drawing some current!
Thanks again for the input. The PI is going on its own board separate from the preamp and main power supply boards so I have time to think about it and fiddle as necessary. Its not going to change the layout anyway and I'm itching to get my iron working on some stuff.
