hi guys. i'm sorry if by this post i'm violating any conceived idea of etiquette or anything, its not my intention. if i am, please ignore.

does anybody have any schematics or gut shots of this amp?

i'm going to be building a versatile multi-tube p-p amp for personal use, and i'm really keen to understand how these amps are put together, because people rave about them. i've had an offer from a friend to take one apart, but i'd rather not exhaust that option if its already been done.

i'm specifically interested in their output transformer specs, master vol bypass technique and the bias technique (i know its cathode biased, but i'd like to get all the way in if possible).

for anyone interested: my intentions are to build an amp that does 5881's and EL34's well, but can also plug a pair of 6V6's and KT88's to reasonably good effect. switchable bias (from adjustable fixed bias to adjustable cathode bias), long tail p-i, a combination of triodes and pentodes in the preamp, switchable master volume/VVR and a switchable tonestack (TMB/dual pot james/both). no verb or trem, as i have standalone units for those.

if you don't feel comfortable posting in the thread, i'll drop you a pm and you can e-mail me. please and thank you
