    What are the options for a reasonably priced tube tester these days?
    It's weird, because it WAS working fine.....

    I have a Hickok 6000a I was given. It works pretty great. It even came with the two socket adapter plates.

        Yep, red box, gold face, changeable adapter for different base types. I've been looking for the rectifier tubes for it casually, just for future use.
