    Hi all, i'm working on trying to do HT B+ supply and the negative bias cct deriving both from a single continuous HT winding as shown below. this HT transfo does not have a center tap. you can see here that, i'm trying to use the 60Vac pin as a common return (as in center taps) for both the ccts. need some help to confirm if this configuration would work. thks.

    Short answer, it won't work.
    Your "60" winding is not plain 60V at all (referred to ground) but 60VAC superimposed on a 340VAC wave, so it swings between -84V and +560V peaks.
    *If* you could disconnect it from the other windings then you could build a conventional bias supply.

      Check out how it's done in Marshall JCM900 series amps. For me it's the easiest way to do it.
