Small-signal circuits

Does anyone here have a small-signal circuit for pantodes and tetrodes? (I seem to remember using a FET small-signal circuit for triodes back in school.)

The model works for both beam tetrode and pentode. The various parameters need to be fitted to the individual tube types.
