    What you end up with is along the lines of "Jack of all trades (tones) but master of none". Any amp like this has to have some circuitry in common, usually the power amp and speakers. This means you have to compromise. Save yourself the headache and just get a modeling amp for under $500. See if you can find one that allows you to download patches like the Fender Mustang III. Then there are lots of people tweeking tones and maybe you'll find some you like.
