I have a VERY limited experience with those early Rose Morris amps.
But I CAN tell you ...NO...it did not have the heat problems of the ...what was the name .? Stoloeck.....Stolerh...Stolec...something like that.
I know when Dallas bought the name, they went back to hand-wired tag strips.
Rose Morris did not MAKE anything. They just (as far as I know) distributed stuff.

They contracted with Dallas to build the amps. There was a bastardization of the amp at that point. As much stuff as possible went to PCB. But it had flying leads to keep all the tube sockets off the PCB, thus avoiding all the heat and cracking problems. No choke, no tube rectifier.
I have No Idea what they sell for. I imagine they are a rather decent amp.

I think the modern day CC models are very good, and they are VERY affordable.
If you can build, the sky is the limit.
With a little imagination and a decent donor chassis and cab, you can build a World Class AC30 for much less than the "real" amps
    good luck
