The 350mica cap reads zero..I did Not put the Mica caps in Thats how its been since 1971..Weber pulled them out and All my Other CAps and put Orange drops and some malloys...AGIAN..All that was wrong with the amp was a Bad ground wire..GWeber just shotguned the amp..Weber is the one who told me to pull the extra 220k plate resistors..That picture that was posted was after I got it back the 3rd time from Weber,He kept all the old blue caps I knew there was nothing wrong with any of them Weber must of had some $3.00 a hr kid rip my amp apart..Skip Simmons cleaned it all up in a hour. for $50 he paid the shipping...I use it everday Its a great sounding Amp....If you read my first post all I wanted to know if the voltage changed with 2 caps in series....Some one on the 3rd or 4th post said the 350kmica did nothing...All I wanted to know Beating me up for saying stuck om insted of soldered,Glad Jaun ant my tech..We say spanked, more hair...ect

As of being DAB's Tech, he missed it.
I would have been way more honest than the others which he met before.
Call it plain "honest" , no need for extra qualifications
