    The volume control would be better off after the tone stack, so you have a fixed impedance feeding the tone stack. Otherwise, changing the volume will also change the tone.

    Also, the output impedance of this AX7 stage (560k anode load and grounded cathode) will be a bit different than the normal Fender-ish 100k /cathode biased stage, so the tone control response/frequencies may be a little different as well. Try it and see.

      You want to "just add" thi tonestack to your existing amplifier?

      Remember it's lossy and you'll need some extra 10X gain to compensate for it.

        Hello,
        Working on it. Do you have any suggestions as to what value the pots need to be ? I already know the 47n cap on the treble needs to be increased to 100n. Also adding a cathode bypass capacitor.
