How do you specify a transformer winding for half-wave rectification?
i.e. A winding for full-wave 300V, 200mA rectified supply is 300*.2 = 60VA. (ignoring DC values here)
But is a 300-0-300 winding for a 200mA half-wave supply also specified as 60VA - it seems to make sense, but wouldn't that make the current rating 100mA?
