Below i posted a schematic thats very close to what i intend to build. But someone told me i should not build a prea like that with the same node powering 2 tubes. (it formerly had the last node powering V1 and V2) In the schematic below i added the last node. But i didn't know whether i should just add a duplicate in line as shown, because if i did that then it would seem V2 would have too little V. So i then thought what about taking it's feed from the same place as the node before it as shown in red. Can anyone tell me which way to go with that or if they see a different way i hadn't thought of that better than either i'd like to hear how. Also, what about pin one? I posted elsewhere and it seemed to be a question as to in a cathode biased EL34 amp where pin 1 should be connected. Should it be grounded or connected to pin 8? Remember, it's cathode biased.
