    Routing edges?

    Hi,

    I've just got a 1/2" HM, 8mm shaft round over bit. How many rpm should I use with MDF?

    My router has a interval of 11000-34000 rpm.

    the faster the better. Just keep a firm grasp of the router and make sure the cabinet is solidly hunkered down. Go with the grain for a smooth surface
