Looks like a home made SE 6L6 or it could be PP output with 2 different tubes chassis in a Marshall?? cab.
Has good iron including a choke so could hold some promise with a little work.
    Possibly a 5E3 type circuit?
Could tell more if photo included guts underneath.

My guess is that it is a homebuilt amp in a Marshall clone cab. I would also venture to guess that it has an SS rectifier and probably a PP 6L6GC output with 2 different brand/shaped tubes. I would suspect that at least the output transformer is recycled. Unless you get it super cheap make sure you know what you are getting. At least measure the B+ and find out what the tubes are. If you can, try to id the transformers. If you get it cheap it might have potential, especially if it sounds good as is. I just finished reworking someone's aborted 18 watt Marshall clone project. It turned out great and I got it hundreds of dollars cheaper than buying a new kit. I also learned a lot figuring out what the previous builder did wrong, debugging the hum, getting the gain and voicing I liked, etc.
