Vox ac 30 60's?

im not trying to pass nothing off,its called investigation and unsure,as ive had 1 guy whos dad worked at vox 1958-1969 saying its a 69,and i was just thinking maybe there was a chance.

I can clearly see one E-cap with a May of 1973 date on it, yes?
Also I don't see any Wima caps...
