got offered to purchase a broken one of these for cheap. i don't need it but was thinking it might be worth fixing to sell or i might find a purpose for it. anyone have a schematic so i can see what i might be getting into.

Buying broken stuff to repair and sell at a profit seldom works, unless it's something being earnestly sought after.

You just need to be in the right place at the right time and a little luck doesn't hurt either. I bought a Marshall MG100DFX that worked "sometimes" from a college kid recently for fifty bucks, re-soldered some bad connections and it works perfectly. Sold it for two hundred and the guy that bought it absolutely loves it. The amp I'm custom building is in a Yamaha B100 head cabinet that I got dirt-cheap. Deals that make sense are out there but you have to be patient and buy right.--Jim
