Same company that made National, Danelectro, Lectrolab, Silvertone, Guilds, some Gibsons, Oahu, Premier, Monkey-Ward, gee, all of those. Was that Valco? It may be hard to narrow it down any closer...
Each brand just gave different price points and quality control dictates and the amps were made to spec. Hey, kinda like China does now... And to think, an American company started that!

Maybe someone stuck some wrong tubes in it. Is the chassis marked for what they should be?
