Have you tried calling the Samaritans?
"Enzo, I see that you replied parasitic oscillations. Is that a hypothesis? Or is that your amazing metal band I should check out?"

      Studiocraft f1 amplifier.

Thetechguy--(Paul). Have you tried carefully dismantling the amplifier, then locating the power amplifier section(s),----if this is a "solid-state" amplifier, look for large heatsink(s),then take down a note of number/letters printed on the devices mounted on the heatsink(s). It should then be possible to find out via the internet what typical power rating of the power amplifier, especially if the power supply voltages are measured/noted. It should, according to devices fitted, give a fair idea of speaker load impedance. (Going from short time experience--usually 4 ohms, though running with 8 ohms speaker will not result in blowing the amplifier--provided peaker(s) connected are of adequate power rating.)
      Many Thanks!
