  • Ampeg V3 head question

Hi, I'm new to this forum and have a question I'm hoping somebdy can help me with. I just got my hands on an Ampeg V3 head, but I have yet to play it because I don't know what ohmage it is pushing. There is a speaker output and an Extension speaker output on the back of the amp, but absolutely no indication of what ohmage they are. I found this schematic:

This leads me to believe that the outputs are 8 ohms, but I don't have experience reading schematics so if someone else could clue me in I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

I'd say you are right at 8 ohms. Two 8's in series for 16 ohms with the other set wired the same way but in parallel with the first = 8 ohms.
