Fender Deluxe Oscillation

Need second opinion on possible causes of pre-amp oscillations. I maybe over looking the obvious.

Need more info about your situation to save wasting time.
Fender Deluxe covers maybe a dozen models over 50 years.
Is oscillation motorboating, audio, or ultrasonic?
Control settings make any difference?
