The amp has one pair of 6L6, so any output transformer suited to a pair of 6L6 and your speaker impedance should work. SOme 50-60 watt type.Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.

The 50 Watt transformer is looking for a 2 ohm speaker.
The 100 Watt is way big & needs a 4 ohm speaker.
The Peavey Encore 65 manual states that the factory transformer can handle a 4 ohm or a 2 ohm load.
So I would assume that you have a 4 ohm speaker.
I think either one would work in a pinch.
Now you are down to mounting the thing.
Will either one fit?
Are the chassis holes in the correct orientation?

I do not think the amp will be too happy at 4 ohms on the 50 watter.
As stated, the 100 watter is big. But the 4 ohm output is good.
Try to find this.
