Help with harp mods on my project amp

Thanks to Steve for this schematic. It looks like we have a winner.

As you can see this is a 2x6L6 with 2x12au7 and a 12ax7 PI.

This amp has lots of potential but my tech is a guitar guy and we need some help to unlock said potential. He's already changed a resistor on the treble control which added more sweep and improved things a bit. I've installed a Weber 15F150 already. The amp is loud but sounds a little sterile or stiff to me...so hard to describe these things. I'd like it to be more "horn-like".

I'd love your suggestions to share with my tech!
