peavey cs800s no power help

i am purchasing 2 cs800s amps for 100 bucks,but they dont power up......any suggestions......i will give more details when i check these amps...i did not see them yet so i dont know the severity of this,i may just have to press reset on rear........hopefully!!!! i just find it odd that 2 amps crash at the same time

SUggestion? Yes. Get the amps, plug them in, and see what they do. Until you can tell us what is happening, we can;t make many meaningful suggestions.

DO any lights come on, even for a brief flash? Are fuses or breakers opening? Are any of the output connections shorted across? (PV likes to put crowbars across their power amp outputs) Are there shorted output transistors on either channel in either amp?

DOn;t assume the same thing is wrong woth both amps. It might be, it might not be.
