Source for BUZ901P & BUZ906P Transistors?

I'm dealing with a Mesa Mpulse 600 bass head that has some bad transistors. I can find the BUZ901P's at a few places, but can't find the BUZ906P's except for a UK seller on ebay. Obviously, this is a bit pricey.

Anyone know of a good place to order these?

Hmm, looks like I this place might have some:

Surprisingly, I've done a ton of searches and this place has only shown up this one time. Strange.

Have you contacted Mesa? A few years ago I replaced the entire output section on one of those as a warrantee. I think it was just a board swap and a bias adjust.

Me too for calling Mesa. Ask if they can provide the parts, ask if they have done something in their place, ask them who sells those transistors.

Class D in the uk offer better power fet's and are direct pin match for these fet's....

As I've said before, the Magnatec, Semelab, Class-D and Exicon branded lateral MOSFETs all use the same silicon chips inside and are all interchangeable.

They come in different voltage ratings, and there's also a choice of single die rated at 8 amps, or dual die rated at 16 amps.
